WILD Companies Recognized with Gold Safety Awards

Safety remains one of the most important measures of operational excellence, and we are proud to share that RiverWILD, RiverWILD Homes, RiverWILD Construction, and RiverWILD Commercial were recognized at the North Carolina Department of Labor Raleigh Safety Awards Banquet with Gold Awards for outstanding workplace safety performance.

The awards were presented by North Carolina Commissioner of Labor Luke Farley and recognize organizations that have achieved exceptional safety records. To qualify for a Gold Award, a company's rate of cases involving days away from work, job transfers, or restricted duty must be at least 50% below the industry average.

This year, our companies received the following recognitions:

  • RiverWILD Construction – First Year Gold Award

  • RiverWILD Commercial – Second Consecutive Gold Award

  • RiverWILD Homes – Second Consecutive Gold Award

  • RiverWILD – Second Consecutive Gold Award

While we are honored to receive these awards, the recognition represents something much larger than a single event. It reflects the daily commitment of our team members who prioritize safety on every jobsite, in every office, and throughout every stage of our operations.

Across our WILD brands, safety is a core component of our core value of Disciplined Execution. We expect operational excellence through safety, accountability, and an efficient and fast-paced environment. Maintaining a strong safety culture requires intentional effort, consistent training, and team members who look out for one another each day.

These awards are a testament to the dedication of our employees and leaders who continue to uphold the standards that make our workplaces safer and stronger.
